Low Jitter Digital Delay and Pulse Generators Model 505 and 565

Models 565 and 505 are the latest additions to its line of high quality precision digital delay/pulse generators delivering unsurpassed value. The newly released Models 565 and 505 provide 2, 4 or 8 delay and width outputs capable of synchronizing to both external and internal triggers. The Model 565 features a delay and width resolution of 500 ps and jitter to an external trigger at 500 ps rms. The Model 505 offers delay and width resolution to 100 ns with jitter to an external trigger at 5 ns rms.

Each channel may provide a burst from 1 to 1,000,000 pulses at the internal rep rate. The Burst mode is selectable for each channel and each of those channels may have an independent number of pulses.
Duty Cycle
This mode allows the timing events to be ON for M pulses and then OFF for N pulses. Divide by n can be achieved by setting M to 1 and N to (n-1).
